The place is spotless, which matters most to me. It’s quiet, with friendly staff, and the rooms are huge, with a sitting room separate from the bedroom. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The shower took a little while to get warm, though not too long. Amazing little hotel.

The hot water was a bit chilly at first, and we had to ask someone to turn on the boiler, but it wasn’t enough to spoil the stay. The hotel was quiet, cozy, and super clean, and the staff were attentive and accommodating. It also has free WiFi, parking, and a salon room. The bar is a little hidden, so ask at the front desk. We came to Linares recently for a wedding and could compare it with other nearby hotels. We paid a bit more here, but it was worth it. Other people in the wedding party stayed elsewhere and wished they’d booked here. My husband and I will stay at this same hotel when we come back to Linares.

The service from the woman at reception was absolutely horrible.

The lovely floor mural in the open area is now covered with astroturf by the new owners. Such a shame!

We arrived an hour before check-in, and they let us into our room anyway. We were in Linares for a wedding as the bride's family and took five rooms, so I got to see several. They were all really nice, clean, comfortable, and smelled wonderful. The cleaning ladies were attentive, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. There’s parking too. I’d seen the negative Google reviews and had my doubts, but they really don’t reflect how it felt in person. Everything was great for us, and we’ll definitely come back. Highly recommend it, 10 out of 10!
