Housekeeping deserves a lot of credit. They're kind and efficient, and this is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at in Mexico over the last few years of living mostly in hotels. The hotel is quiet, with secure parking, good beds and pillows, and a good shower with hot water. It's right in the city center. The internet is super fast, the staff are friendly, and check-in and checkout were quick.

The room had harsh fluorescent lighting, and the bed was a little hard. Check-in took me over an hour because a busload of people arrived ahead of me. Otherwise, a decent hotel.

The people working there were really nice, amazing even. The beds were small, the bathroom was very small too, and it took too long for the hot water to come through.

It's a family-friendly place, only a few blocks from downtown. Very clean, and there isn't any carpet in the hotel.
