The room was a bit noisy because it faced the main road, but you're very central. The staff were always pleasant, helpful, and honest. I forgot my AirPods, and they sent them via FedEx Pickup. I'd stay again!

The rooms were old and small, the bedding ultra thin, and some doors were broken. But the biggest problem was that we couldn't rest. The windows were extremely thin, and the parking lot and reception below them operated 24/7. Staff members talked loudly through the night, playing videos or music on speaker and waking us repeatedly, even with earplugs in. After two sleepless nights, we were exhausted and had no choice but to leave two days early. Hotel Mexico made no effort to accommodate our early checkout request, or even acknowledge it, and completely ignored us. This was the worst value for money of our whole trip. Avoid this hotel whenever you can.

Parking is included and the rooms are very nice. Unfortunately, the ones facing the back are noisy, with windows as thin as paper.

The hotel was clean otherwise, but there were a lot of problems in the room. No hot water in the morning, no bathroom fan, nowhere to hang towels, and just one roll of TP. There was no mini fridge, cups, coffee, or do-not-disturb sign. You can't easily open the high windows for fresh air, and there are no ceiling fans. Worst of all, at 7 am three workers started loud pool-area construction or repairs right outside our window. I went out in my pajamas, clearly irritated, and told them, "NO BUENO!" They kept grinding metal, hammering, and cutting concrete until 8 am.
