The vegetation all around gave the hotel a peaceful, relaxing feel, and the center of Malinalco is a 15-minute walk away. Breakfast was delicious and arrived outside our room right when we requested it. We had a wonderful time. Our room was spotless and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a good-sized bathroom. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, a hairdryer, and a coffee maker, and Wi-Fi was available throughout the property. The heated pool was wonderful, and towels were ready as soon as we got out. From our arrival, the service was warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it!

A cozy, beautiful, intimate hotel, just right for a romantic escape. There's lots of greenery, and naturally there are insects too. If that doesn't bother you, stay here without hesitation.

It's a quiet place suited to relaxing, sleeping well, and getting an early start, a good spot to recharge. The accommodation has a boutique feel, but don't expect full hotel service. Staff are around for basic needs. There's a pool with a heating system, though they don't turn it on, so bear that in mind if you have young children. There aren't games or facilities for kids. Everything was clean.
