Hotel Fiesta Mexicana

The entertainment staff are very nice and polite, but the rooms aren't great and aren't cleaned well. They sometimes don't leave toilet paper in the bathroom, and the meals are mostly the same. You can't get near the ocean because it's too dangerous. Cleaning is only the bare minimum, the pool beds are crappy and need upgrades, and the Wi-Fi is very bad. The pictures don't show what the hotel is like now. They're lies!

You can't swim at the beach because the open water is dangerous. The room cleaning was poor, and there was no phone in the room, so you have to walk to the front desk if you need anything. The hotel doesn't look like the website pictures, either. The bar is really noisy, with a speaker by the pool that stays on until 11 pm or later. If you want to sleep and rest, don't come here.

The staff were friendly, and the secret saltwater pool was one of the best parts, although it was usable only about half the time. They fill it with ocean water every day. The hotel is okay and definitely being updated, but the Wi-Fi is sketchy. A few bathroom fixtures were broken, including a missing screw on the toilet seat, which was really annoying when trying to keep a 4-year-old from falling in. The buffet breakfast and lunch were mediocre at best, though inexpensive for the area.

The hotel smells horrible, and the rooms are the smallest I've ever stayed in. The beds were completely uncomfortable, a rock would have been nicer, and the bathrooms were disgusting. The shower head only gave a little water, and twice I had to ask for help because no water came out. It was too noisy, with night shows in the center of the small hotel every night, including karaoke until 11 pm. There's no parking on site. The parking area is across the street, and the rules say they aren't responsible for theft or damage. I'm never coming back. For a little more, you can get a much better place.
