The staff were impeccable, with great tips on what to see and do. The hotel also has a relaxed, welcoming feel, and it’s an easy walk to everything. We were a couple traveling without kids, and the price felt fair. We’d happily stay again and recommend it. We visited friends at the other big name hotels in centro SMA, and this one was just as good for less. The building is historic, with beautiful cantera trim around the doors. Our room had elegant, classic decor with modern touches, and they brought up amazing lemon ginger seltzer. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water, and the pillows and linens were lovely.

We got wonderful service, absolutely excellent. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and really nice. I liked the restaurant, but the food wasn't quite to my taste.
