I'm just passing through, and this works fine for that. It's a standard Holiday Inn express with a comfortable room, working AC, and a lovely pool in a shaded patio with plenty of lounge chairs. The staff are super friendly, and there's lots of parking. You take a ticket from the machine and they validate it. Since it's so close to the Port of Manzanillo, there isn't much nearby, so I wouldn't choose it for a Manzanillo vacation unless I planned to drive to the beaches. Around the corner, Tio Sam's is a really nice, fresh-looking seafood spot with excellent mariscos, but it closes at 6:00 PM. It's a 4-minute walk. The hotel also gave me a paper with a QR code for two delivery restaurants. Go to Tio Sam's before 5:00 PM if you can.

Two guys were rude to my family through our whole vacation, starting when I checked in. They had a terrible attitude, like teen school girls. Also, the hotel taxi took 50 pesos from me, and when I confronted him, he said it was a tip.

The kitchen staff are super nice, and breakfast is delicious. The chilaquiles and beans are amazing!!! If you want a place to stay with a good breakfast, stay here. 2,000 ⭐️ on breakfast.

The building feels new, but some things like the AC and phones seem to have been refurbished. The TVs aren't smart, so without your own computer and cables you're stuck with regular TV channels. Still a good place.
