It took some effort to find the place, but it was well worth it. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, the rates were very reasonable, and breakfast was freshly cooked and included. Staff were very nice. I’ll definitely stay again on my next visit to Manzanillo.

The shower was awful, and because of it I won't stay here again. It was high up overhead and pointed straight down, so it was hard to wash properly or get wet beyond my hair and shoulders. The AC also took a while to start working.

We came for a kayak event, so the location next to the beach worked really well for us. There isn't anything nearby for shopping or eating, though. Breakfast service was minimal, and there were mostly younger kids around who loved the pool.

The bathroom and room walls leaked water, and the sink had a really bad smell. The bed, pillows, and blankets smelled horrible too. The workers looked like they were being forced to act nice.

Adolfo Beccera is a wonderful manager and a real asset to the hotel. He goes out of his way to help, including driving an elderly guest to the hospital at 3 a.m. and helping me buy a bus ticket. For the cost, es muy bueno. The rooms are clean, the beds okay, and the pool is nice. It's a minute from the beach, but there's no restaurant as such, and not much nearby to eat, just a couple of rustic spots along the beach. You can hear passing trains whistle, so I'd suggest earplugs at night. The place is perfectly adequate.
