There was no soundproofing, so noise from both inside and outside the hotel was really loud. Our group of four left more tired than when we arrived, and none of us slept well. The windows did nothing to keep the noise out. Hot water kept cutting out in our room, even though the staff did their best to help.

We were just passing through and decided to stop here. For US$55, it was a great option, very close to the plaza and restaurants. We had room #11 on the second floor, along the side street. That floor seems like the best choice. The street was quiet, the courtyard peaceful, and the king-size bed comfortable. Reception was very friendly and helpful.

The quality is really nice, but it was very loud. I wouldn't stay here again in the future.

That little one-bed room was super expensive. Only two people are allowed to visit, and if more come, they look at you weird and act rude. Definitely don't recommend it. I'd say go to the other hotel across santarita.

It's right where the bus pulls in and the taxi stand is, so the location is hard to beat. The room was lovely and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, too. The church bells ring often, and our room faced the street, so a courtyard view might be a better pick than a town view. Even with that in mind, it was a great place to stay while in Mascota.
