Everyone was warm and welcoming, and they made the place feel like home. The rooms were modern and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was fantastic. I definitely recommend staying here.

This is the third time I've dealt with the same slow system. It takes forever to get a room set up, more than 40 minutes at the lobby.

Our room was on the small side, but a fan we bought from Copel for 600 pesos made it ice cold. For 15 days, booking.com quoted 24k pesos, while booking directly cost 19k, saving us about 5k pesos. Then, the day before our wedding, our venue fell through. We asked about the conference room, and management let us use it for free. The hotel staff here are the best!

I can't get a room booked through the website. It's impossible.

Breakfast was a letdown, with very few choices, and they started clearing everything ten minutes before the time they'd given us at check-in. The room felt cramped enough to make me a little claustrophobic, and the old AC didn't work as it should. The shower curtain seemed mostly decorative since water still leaked out of the shower. It's passable if you're only passing through, but I'd look elsewhere for a stay longer than a day.
