A handy stop on a trip to or from the USA border, whether you're heading north or south. Pets are welcome, and there's a pool and mini golf. The rooms are comfortable, and the restaurant has great service and food.

The furniture is old, but clean, and the place feels aged without that being entirely a bad thing. The restaurant has good quality food and service. Its menu, though, seems like it came straight out of the seventies through a time tunnel.

Dogs are welcome, and there's plenty of space for them to walk and sniff around. The restaurant food was great, and so was the service. It's clean and comfortable, though the rooms could use a little refreshing. Most of all, it feels safe, with someone patrolling the property overnight. A great little hotel!

The enchiladas suizas were great for dinner before bed, and the prices are very reasonable. I left my cel phone at the front desk, but the bellboy brought it to my room. The rooms are clean bungalows with cable TV, and you can park right infront of your room. There's free WIFI, a pool, and mini golf for the kiddos. It's right beside the highway. Excellent hotel, highly recommend.

Driving through Mexico, this is the best place I've found to stay in Matehuala. The rooms are huge, with a fridge and nice AC, and secure parking is a bonus. I really like the atmosphere and the customer service. The dining is excellent too: the waiters have a 50s/60s look, and the dishes fit that style. Everything was delicious and well priced.
