This will definitely stay my first choice in Mazamitla, Jalisco. I felt very comfortable in a clean, cozy room that felt like home. It's centrally located, and the hostess gave excellent service. It's not a hotel, and the price was absolutely affordable.

The location is excellent and the price is low, but I might hesitate to come back. We were comfortable the first two nights. Then on the third day, the lady told us where we could and couldn't put our suitcases, changed our room, and gave us two uncomfortable single beds instead. The bathroom was outside, which was extremely uncomfortable. She said she'd move us because someone would be using that room, but nobody came, and it made for a bad night. We had paid for a king-size bed, but the mattresses sank in. At the end she gave us a bag of cookies.
