Palm Valley Cabins

The animal experience and the staff were both lovely during our one-night stay, but the rest didn't feel worth what we paid. The pool looked dirty, and the jacuzzi water in our private cabin had a green tint that turned my husband's shirt green. The next morning, a light had broken, so he couldn't shower. We waited two hours before checkout, but it still wasn't working. We had also paid for the full service with food included, and neither of us liked the meal enough to eat it, so we ordered pizza through Uber Eats. It was a lot of money for a disappointing night.

The animals were the highlight for me. They seemed well cared for, and I spent hours wandering around and watching them. I won't list them, since discovering them is part of the fun. The grounds were immaculate, and the warm pool and hot tub were spotless. Our cabana felt luxurious and full of character. The bed was really comfortable, and with the gauze around it and the doors open, it felt like sleeping outdoors. The crickets made a relaxing soundtrack, and the night views were beautiful. I loved the outdoor-style shower with its rainfall head, too. After a delicious meal at the food truck, we sat by the fire under the stars. The beach is just a five-minute walk away, and it's the best spot along that stretch. If you like animals and a luxurious stay, you'll love it here.

We absolutely loved staying here. Such a great experience!
