Getting to the beach was easy, and the pool was fantastic.

We left two days early and they wouldn’t refund the unused nights. For the same price, we moved to the holiday in and had a much better stay in every way. The service here showed zero care, the beds were awful, like prison bunks would be more comfortable, and they skimped on things in the room. Don’t waste your time or money here. The other 5 star reviews are BS.

There was a mariachi band playing in the parking garage until 1:30 in the morning. Completely unacceptable. It made me wonder if they hate their guests or want this place to be a nightclub. The hotel was still under construction, too. Hard beds, freezing cold pool, and a couch that hurts to sit on. If that’s what you’re after, this place is for you.

The room was filthy and crawling with ants, and room service was horrible. I told the front desk, but they did nothing to help. I won’t stay here again.

It’s an older building, but they keep it in very good shape. I was comfortable during my stay, and the staff were excellent. I’d definitely return.
