I’m renting here for a year, partly because the property has nice amenities and one of the pools is warm. The hot tub is never hot enough to use properly, and they don’t treat it with chemicals, so it feels very unhealthy. My landlord has tried, but they refuse to change how it’s handled. They also charge 350 Pesos each time you use the grill. The property is fairly new, so hopefully things change as more units are purchased.

The administration keeps the shared spaces in good shape and clean, including the green areas, pools, parking lot, and elevator.

A great place for a vacation, just a few minutes from the beach.

I stayed in condo 420 and loved it. It was comfortable, clean, safe, and had a beautiful view. Finding a place was easy, and the hosts were friendly and easy to approach.

The beach is very clean and quiet, and only steps away. I highly recommend it.
