We'd made this reservation seven months ahead, but when we arrived, I was told it had been canceled because there were no rooms. After we had to find somewhere else, the woman said we could stay after all if we paid more.

10/10
The location is peaceful but still close to all the things to do in Mazatlán, and the value for money was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was excellent.

The place is clean, comfortable, and well located. Once you get your room, though, there's no one around to help; I didn't see the staff again until checkout.
