The staff were really nice, and the location puts you close to the beach, restaurants, markets, downtown Mazatlán, and just about everything else. My main complaint is that the rooms were dirty and not well stocked. It was a pretty good stay overall, but they should clean more before guests arrive.
I hope you'll treat potential guests with more consideration in the future. I've tried calling your numbers, but the message says the number after the area code doesn't exist. I also emailed and still haven't heard back. It's a shame I haven't been able to reach you.
It was comfortable and easy to get around from.
