I waited until 3 pm for check-in after arriving at 6:30 in the morning, as the owner had told me to. Then I was told the room still wasn't renovated and offered a different place nearby, without air conditioning, for the same price. I declined and walked the streets until I found somewhere much better and cheaper. Several people on Agoda and Booking have described the same thing as a scam.

We had a great time here. The location was really good, the rooms were clean, the kitchen had great equipment, and the service was super nice. I can recommend this place 😊

We had a very pleasant stay, and they were accommodating and flexible. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable, and better than we expected, with a balcony overlooking the main road that was great for people-watching. The shared kitchen had everything we needed, and there's an incredible bakery right downstairs, with the best bread we've had in Mexico. The location in Mazunte is hard to beat. The water pressure wasn't great, though that's to be expected, and it felt a little pricey for what it is.

The stay was peaceful and the staff were attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. My only wish is that every room had air conditioning, since mine only had fans. Everything else was great 😃
