The bed was comfortable, with crisp sheets and covers, and breakfast was good. The pool area and gym are nicely designed, and staff are generally attentive. The room was a little small, though. At B’s Suites Hotel, the experience for hotel guests seems to come second. The main problem is noise. The hotel shares its common areas with a university dorm, and students and other long-term guests gather at the pool, right outside every hotel room window, with loud music, singing, and conversation. This happens most evenings despite the hotel's noise policy, often until 1-2am. I asked several times for the policy to be enforced, but staff didn't respond adequately. At 11:30pm on a Monday, there were about 20 students at the pool and the music was deafening. The hotel also plays amplified music in the hallways and outdoor common areas around the clock, starting at 7am. There was an 8am staff meeting outside near the pool today, with loud talking, laughing, socializing, and noise from communication devices. The hotel needs to decide how to manage a dorm and a hotel in the same space. As things stand, it's unfair to both guests and students.

The rooms are extremely small, and the beds were uncomfortable. The windows are just slats, and guests can't use the pool. There was only one small bottle of water. I got no hot water in the shower, which felt more like a mist.

We stayed for two nights with our children and small dog. It cost 600 pesos per night. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly, but we didn't really like the place. It's near the university, with apartments close by, but far from the city centre. The rooms have no proper windows, just a small section of glass, so they felt quite stuffy. Our towels also had holes in them.

The bed, pillows, and sheets were very comfortable, and the room had AC, but there was only one tiny window and it couldn't be opened. The bathroom had no ventilation and smelled bad. Hot water came and went, which wasn't good when it was chilly outside. The restaurant was mediocre, the coffee wasn't great, and breakfast was no bueno.

The bed was modern and comfortable, but there was no access to the pool.
