Stay away. The rental process at both the beginning and the end was outrageous, and they never returned my deposit.

The psychologist sessions were the one bright spot, but living here was terrible. Hygiene and upkeep were awful, and some shared areas smelled like sewage even though they said they would fix it. There were also electricity and internet problems. Getting a door opened took ages, and transportation to universities other than Mayab was the worst, though the Mayab service was fine. Their fines are very expensive, with VAT added, and they charge even more if you pay late. It felt like all they cared about was money and power. This is the worst place I've ever lived.

Management was poor and abusive. They keep the deposit, and I suggest withholding the last month's rent. They may also try to add fees, so don't pay those either.

Students have a really good food court here, and the apartments are good too.
