The sales manager made a great impression during our first visit to the Crowne Plaza, and the team kept communication prompt throughout the event planning. Our teens loved the venue, which included the ballroom, a lounge-like breakout area, and the terrace. The spaces are great, but the team is what would make me work with them again. They were professional, friendly, and accommodating. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Banquet staff were prompt, attentive, and friendly, and the person at the buffet was lovely. Our only issue was that the food wasn't labeled, so our vegetarian and vegan guests couldn't tell what they could eat. Thanks for making the MTC Spring Formal 2026 a beautiful experience.

The hotel is in a great spot for getting around the city. It's in the same building as a shopping center with several restaurants, and there's a 7-Eleven across the street, which was handy. The grounds are well kept, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Check-in was quick and easy thanks to the friendly staff, who were always ready to help. My room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast had a good range of options and everything was delicious. A comfortable hotel with good service.

A peaceful, pleasant atmosphere and a convenient location made this an excellent stay. The staff were always friendly and attentive, and both the facilities and my clean, comfortable room were very well maintained. I'd gladly stay here again and recommend it.
