They treated me so well, the service was excellent. I also really liked the pool and recreation area. I lost my wallet in the yard after the party, and they got it back to me the next day. Thanks so much, guys, you’re really reliable!

This place is new, and it really shows. We were given a room for two nights, then on the second day they removed all our things while we were out and gave the room to someone else without asking us. My girlfriend lost some cash in the process, and they misplaced the clothes I’d left with them to wash, though thankfully those have since turned up. We got a refund after the police arrived, but only after spending two hours arguing around midnight and trying to work out where we could stay. A complete bunch of clowns. Don’t book here.

It’s a new place, decorated so nicely inside a huge colonial home. Everything was clean, and there’s a big backyard with a pool.

Every day I was there was wonderful. The pool, WiFi, breakfast, and services all get 100%, and the staff were just as friendly. It’s a lovely house with a great atmosphere, a good price, and service that’s hard to beat. A perfect place to stay in Mérida.
