The ambience, art, service and location were all spectacular, and breakfast was included along with a cultural experience. There are only 9 exquisite rooms, each well defined and decorated. It's an exclusive paradise for the luxury traveler. Well done!

The design and decor made the stay feel like stepping into another time. We loved the gorgeous rooms and courtyard, slept really well in the comfortable beds, and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. The location was great, too, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. We'd happily come back.

The service and amenities were top-notch, and the staff deserve a shout-out. It’s a brilliant property with a style all its own. I really enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast is worth mentioning, especially the French toast, which I preferred to the pancakes. The historic setting makes it feel like you’ve stepped back in time, and the service was friendly and understated, giving the place a classy feel. It’s not cheap, but it was definitely the highlight of our time in Merida.

The small pool was just right for cooling off and relaxing. We also appreciated the good air conditioning, the historic character of Casa Azul, and the cordial, helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Casa Azul.
