The bed was lovely and comfortable, and the rooms were comfortable too, though a bit dark. Breakfast felt a bit mean, and the woman serving it wasn’t particularly friendly.

The grounds are nice, the place is clean, and the staff are helpful. The location is great, and breakfast is pretty good. Water was only warm sometimes, never hot, and the bed was very hard. There’s a hostel next door that can be quite loud until 2300. With double glazing to cut the noise, reliable hot water, and a better bed, this place would be a gem.

We liked the price, and parking was included. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the common areas and pools were great. It’s in a great location, very close to great restaurants, and worked well for a weekend trip to merida. I just booked it again for another weekend in merida in a few weeks.

The rooms are great, but we booked one for three people and it only had one bed. When they brought in another bed, it wasn’t very nice.

Isaac and Alfref were the standout part of our stay. They learned the names of all eight of us, made us feel at home, and helped arrange the tours we wanted. The rooms were clean and roomy, and the hacienda has a lovely colonial atmosphere. It's also an easy walk to the main attractions. I'd give it more stars if I could, and we'd definitely come back.
