The room was disappointing for what was advertised as a three-star standard. There was a strong, unpleasant smell in the closet, and the cleanliness and comfort weren’t good. Our first interaction with the concierge set a very negative tone: he was rude, dismissive, and didn’t seem interested in welcoming us. Instead of offering hospitality, he focused on listing rules and restrictions, which made check-in uncomfortable. For the price, we expected better accommodation and a more professional attitude.

The A/C worked great, and the location was excellent. The rooms are outdated and there’s no safe box. Parking is included for a small car; for an SUV or larger vehicle, they only cover the parking cost from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.

For at least 1000 pesos a night, you’re getting just the basics. The furniture is old, though it still does the job. My experience was so-so, and really, what you’re paying for is the location.

The suite we got wasn’t the one shown in the picture, but it was still very nice. The hotel is cozy and comfortable, though it could use a bit of updating. I would’ve liked a small fridge and maybe a microwave. We didn’t use the pool, but the pool area looked very nice. It’s not a big pool, but at least there is one. All the staff were nice and made us feel welcome.

The staff were nice and approved our refund, which let us change hotels. We checked in and left again in under an hour because the room was impossible to stay in. It looked nothing like the pictures, and there was mold, bugs, and stained bedsheets. The power outlets were uncovered.
