The bed was comfortable, the room was clean apart from a few missing things, and the staff were great. WiFi, water pressure, workspace, breakfast, and coffee were all good, and the location inside the mall worked well. This is an honest review from a Gringo. But the hallway was disgusting, with dirt, garbage, and a Q-tip lying around. There was a broken light holder, and no toilet seat. The rooms are larger than average, and breakfast was hearty and filling. It's great value for the money, with a convenient spot inside the Merida Galerias mall and fairly easy access to both the historic center and places outside the city.

The hotel was quiet, well located, and had a decent breakfast. But the rooms weren't clean enough, and the third-floor flooring was really dirty. The toilet paper holder was broken, and hot water took a long time to come through. I hope the rooms and hallways are cleaner next time.

The mall connection is handy, especially for a short business trip, and the value is still okay. I know it's a three-star hotel and don't expect extra services. I do expect the rooms to be impeccably clean and the services on offer to work properly, though, and those basics weren't met. It was noticeably worse than on my last visit. It wasn't bad then, but the hotel has gone downhill. Please take this into consideration.
