Our host Erick was the highlight of the trip. He made us feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, and went out of his way to help us get to the town centre. He even walked us to a beautiful restaurant he recommended and made sure we could enjoy the food and drinks that represent Merida. We're extremely grateful for everything he did. He's a real asset to the hotel. The place is absolutely amazing, one of the most beautiful hotels I've visited. The rooms and decor are stunning, minimalistic but full of character.

We came back around 11 to find dirty sheets in the room. There was no 24/7 front desk, just a WhatsApp number that never answered. The rooms were dirty, and this is not a 4-star hotel whatsoever.

The first day, we told the staff we were leaving very early for a tour, and they packed us a lunch box to take along. They were super friendly and helpful, and the room was nice and clean, with a pleasant aroma and lovely surroundings. There might be some noise if you're on the first floor when someone walks around upstairs, but it wasn't a big deal compared with all the good parts of the stay. It was a pleasant experience.

The location could hardly be better. Great restaurants, bars, and cafes are just steps away, and it's only a few blocks in either direction to places like Parque Santa Anna and Paseo Montejo. The hotel and rooms are beautiful and quite new, with marble throughout, high ceilings, and unique custom pieces that bring Merida's past to mind. Most of all, the staff were the most accommodating I've experienced. They had what we needed, checked in regularly to see if everything was okay, and gave us friendly tips on what to do around town. We felt we'd found friends, not staff. 10/10, we'd recommend it and will definitely be back.

A great place to relax, with a pool and patio, plus a full kitchen you can use. The service was super friendly, and the location sits nicely between the centro and the paseo.
