The design is beautiful, but everything feels cheaply done, and the place is more hostel than hotel. There’s no noise insulation, so we could hear everything outside the room, in the common areas and in the rooms next door. The ‘pool’ was dirty the whole time we were there, and when we told staff, they didn’t seem to care. It's shallow enough to stand in, more than to swim. My boyfriend and I stayed a few months back, and it fell far short of what we expected. The room was too small for two people, and the sheets were stained when we arrived. They had to be replaced twice. The staff were accommodating, but one woman, perhaps the owner, seemed really aggressive and lied to my boyfriend several times about what had been said and what we were being charged for. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel like I should warn people so they don't make the same mistake based on the limited good reviews. The hotel looks nice, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Our room was plenty big for four days in Merida, and the location was central. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. After a day of exploring, the clean pool was a great place to hang out, chill and reset. And the pool bar's margaritas may be some of the best in the city! Ever had the pictures not live up to the real place? That definitely wasn't the case here. It was gorgeous from front to back, top to bottom, and left to right. Beautiful, clean, spacious, centralized and friendly!

The hotel is very aesthetic, and the staff match it, so kind. Loved the location, about a 10 minute walk from everything. They didn't have any croissants for us though 💔

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and everything looked clean and well maintained. I only visited for one day, and unfortunately the weather was cloudy, so I didn't get to enjoy the pool. I'll definitely come back next time and hope for sunshine so I can make the most of it. When you walk in, you first notice the delicious smell of bread. I especially loved the almond croissant. The blue color of the facilities also blended really nicely with the surroundings.
