I wasn't satisfied with the accommodation or with how they treated us. The staff were very unfriendly and unwilling to accommodate us. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Without a doubt, the worst hotel. We checked in, unpacked our clothes, then went into Mahahual town for dinner. While we were out, we got a watsapp message saying our reservation had been cancelled, followed by a photo of our packed suitcases by reception. We rushed back and were told the hotel had overbooked, and because we were staying only one night, the other guests were given priority. I have proof of the messages and of payment. It could have been a great stay, but the way we were evicted is why I'm writing this and warning others who plan to stay here. Be careful when booking. They seem clearly money driven, and customer service means nothing to them.

My kid had such a good time that he was ready to move the whole family here. The staff made us feel like we belonged, and their hospitality and attention to detail were a big part of why we enjoyed our stay. The location helped too. I'd recommend it.

We had dirty rooms with a damp smell, and rain came in through the air conditioner because the sealant was poor. The AC also seemed badly maintained. The towels hadn't been washed, just put in the dryer. Service was awful. I asked for a refund for one night because of these problems, but the supposed owner, who was in Chetumal, said she wouldn't refund any of it. When you pay for a service, you should get at least a modest level of service. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here. Avoid booking this place.
