The staff were pleasant and nice, and after two days of frustration we did get moved to a cleaner room where the shower worked. Before that, we’d asked to change rooms because our shower wasn’t working, but they tried to patch the leak with tape. We stayed a week. The place is remote and too far from Centro, the photos are misleading, and the pool is more like a pond. There are lots of places to stay in the area, and I wouldn’t recommend this one.

I come back often for the location and the staff. Bianca is always friendly and helpful, with a smile and a pleasant attitude. It’s nice that she’s bilingual, too.

Dirty rooms! Yuck. Management confirmed a discount, but never followed through. Now they’re ignoring my attempts to contact them. Very poorly managed. Wyndham Hotels, never again.

The only drawback was that parking felt a bit limited. Otherwise, everything at the hotel was perfect. Everyone was welcoming and kind, and the bellman walked us through the property and the opening and closing times for everything they offer.

There was hair all over the sheet, which was disgusting. The service was poor too. They acted like it was routine and offered no apology or compensation, just, “umm let me change you the room”. The staff seemed uncooperative, as if they were only there to collect their pay.
