I wouldn't suggest staying here. The staff were okay, but the hotel doesn't give refunds, and it rents parking from a private owner. She was rude and disrespectful, got right in my husband's face, and told him he couldn't park there. He tried to explain that hotel staff had said he could, but she said she didn't care and ordered him out. Then she made a ridiculous scene outside. My children were frightened as she yelled and held her phone in my husband's face.

The service stood out most. Management and the front desk were both great, gave us clear, useful information, and helped us out. The location is great, the place was really clean and comfortable, and there's a very good restaurant.

I was only here briefly, and it suited my needs. The location is excellent, and the amenities are what you'd expect from a hostel. It was nice and quiet during my stay, though maybe that was because it was Sunday. The building wasn't perfectly spotless, but for the price it was fine. The old TVs don't support HDMI, which was the one thing that felt like a movie.

The location is great and the service was good, but the WiFi barely worked. It wouldn't connect, and when it did, it was extremely slow. There were also lots of hairs in the shower.

The location is very good, and I thought the price was fair. Just know that the WiFi signal doesn't reach well, at least on the second floor where I stayed, and the TVs are analog. Breakfast was very limited, just fruit and toast, so it's better to know ahead and go somewhere a la carte. One odd thing: at 10 on Sunday morning, electronic trance music was playing while people ate breakfast. Staff, please check on that.
