The breakfast had lots of choices and was excellent. I had a great stay, even though it was only for one day. I wish I could've stayed longer. Great place and great staff.

The restaurant was a nice part of our stay, with tasty options for lunch and dinner, and breakfast was included too. We could choose a Mexican-style dish, with fresh coffee, fruit, yogurt, and either green or orange juice. The service was always warm and friendly. Our suite on the fifth floor had a beautiful volcano view. It was spacious, modern, newly renovated, and very clean, with a sofa bed, coffee table, desk and chair, plus another table with two chairs. The shower had good pressure and temperature, and housekeeping kept everything spotless each day. The minibar was empty when we arrived, though we could ask to have it stocked. The location was convenient, and we had a wonderful stay at Hotel en Suites La Muralla, Metepec.

The included breakfast was generous and delicious, and the staff were really friendly. There are several places to visit nearby. We enjoyed our stay, which exceeded our expectations, and would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

The breakfast buffet was very good, and the general staff were helpful. We always made sure to tip them for their service. The one uncomfortable thing was that the breakfast staff seemed to be looking for cash tips throughout our visits. The service otherwise was excellent. It's a really nice hotel. I liked the bed, though it was a little hard, while my wife didn't feel the same way. I recommend staying here.

The beds were hard, and the hot tub was cold even though it was supposed to be 28 C. There wasn't a bathtub despite what the pictures showed. The TV was huge, though, and the stay was pretty good overall. WiFi was very slow.
