The spotless rooms and hotel really stood out to me. I travel a lot and have found hair on towels or in bathrooms at more expensive five-star places, but everything at Vuestro was genuinely clean. The included breakfast was free, if a little limited, and the morning team, Neme, Erick, Rodrigo, and Daniel, were always cheerful, friendly, and helpful. Ricardo also deserves a special thank you for his warm attitude. I speak Spanish well, but it was handy that he could speak English too, so I didn't need a translator. The rooftop pool and deck made a lovely place to unwind in the sun and enjoy the views. There are lots of fantastic restaurants within a 20-minute walk, or less. I'd visited CDMX many times before, but this was my first stay at Vuestro. It's a small boutique hotel with everything I needed, and I'm glad I picked it. Don't hesitate to book it!

We only needed a place for one night after a problem with our Airbnb, and arrived at Vuestro around midnight. The front desk was so kind and made us feel welcome. Breakfast the next morning was fresh and included at no extra cost. The room was large for a hotel, with a fridge, sink, microwave, and other useful things, and the internet was fast. The staff were all very friendly. It seems like a great place for a longer stay too. I would've stayed longer if I hadn't needed to use my Airbnb coupons.

My boyfriend and I came all the way from North Carolina for my 40th birthday, our first trip to Mexico City, from 1-13-26 to 1-18-26. I chose this hotel because of the photos, reviews, and its convenient location near everything. The team made my birthday feel special, and I got a good breakfast cooked to order that day. The beds were especially comfortable, more so than what I usually find in US hotels. The hotel was clean, customer service was great, and the location was good. Breakfast tasted good, but I would've liked more choices. I'd happily come back. For me, it was a 4.5-star stay.

The room was clean and the hotel itself is beautiful, which makes what happened during our stay even more disappointing. The shower water smelled strongly unpleasant, almost like sewage, and the smell lingered on our skin. One night the cleaners also forgot to replace the toilet paper, unfortunately when I was unwell. We booked a room with air conditioning for a reason, but it never worked properly during our four-night stay. Staff came in repeatedly to try to fix it, even late in the evening, and sleeping was uncomfortable. On the last night they offered to move us, but after several disruptive days, we didn't want to pack everything up again for just one night. Afterwards, the hotel wouldn't offer compensation for the AC problem and the other issues. They suggested a “preferential rate” for a future visit, which wasn't much help since we live in England. It's a real shame because the hotel is very nice, but we expected at least some gesture after all the problems.

The staff were kind and professional, and breakfast was delicious. I only wish there'd been a Mexican option. We felt close enough to walk to most places, while the hotel itself is tucked away enough to feel peaceful and safe after a busy day. It's a calm little getaway in the middle of the city, in a quaint part of town, and I'd stay again, 100%. There is a rooftop pool, but November was too chilly for us to use it. I bet it's nice in summer.
