The hotel staff were nice, and the cleaning was great. As a family of four, we wished the bathroom and sink area had more privacy, and it would be amazing if the terrace had furniture. Even so, I’d stay here again. It was our first time in CDMX, and the hotel’s location felt perfect for the vacation I had in mind, surrounded by history and beautiful architecture. We loved Mexico City and can’t wait to return!

We booked the hotel the day before. The location, price, snacks in the mini fridge, and staff were all reasons I’d recommend it. Our room had lovely high ceilings, though there was no window and we didn’t mind. The bed and pillows were extremely soft, and the shower, toiletries, and robes were very nice. The newly renovated hotel is stunning. We didn’t get to try the restaurant, and they were still working on the terrace. We used the small but efficient gym and the terrace in the gym room.

We loved how lively the area was, even though it stays busy late into the night and gets going early in the morning. The hotel itself was beautiful, stunning, and well located. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The breakfast was phenomenal, so get the breakfast package if you book. Many thanks to the friendly employees Natalie at the front desk and David in the restaurant. We’ll return!

This was our first stay at Hotel Bellas Artes. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had liquid lotion, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We tipped the housekeepers on the days they cleaned, and each time they added a special touch to the room arrangement. We’d suggest adding an ice machine for guests. It’s nice to have ice cubes for a drink after a long day seeing the City. Gracis!
