Galeria Plaza has long been our favorite hotel in Mexico, and this visit left us with the same high opinion. The service was excellent: the front desk were professional and quick to respond, the business lounge was well run, and room service consistently exceeded expectations. At first, we were given a road-facing room, where nearby clubs made enough noise to disturb my child's sleep. We mentioned it the next day, and the staff promptly moved us to a much quieter room. We appreciated how well they handled that small check-in hiccup.

We booked the executive floor for seven nights, and it was well worth it. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were lovely, and the rooftop pool and veranda were a nice extra. Like the rest of CDMX, the place felt totally chill.

Hamburgo street stays lively quite late on weekends, so bring earplugs if you're visiting then. The location is excellent, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the clean, slightly dated rooms have good shower pressure. The rooftop pool is a great feature.

Our stay was excellent as usual, and the room, food, pool, and especially the staff all made it more enjoyable. Diego at the front desk checked us in and made sure we were well looked after. He's extremely helpful and a real asset to Hotel Galeria Reforma and Grupo Brisas.
