My mom had surgery nearby, so I was looking for a place in the area. I asked the owner if I could get into the room two hours early, since he and the cleaning lady had confirmed it was ready. He said I could only use it until 3:00 AM, as that was the rule. They let me wait in the common area and leave my things in the dirty service bathroom. I spent two uncomfortable hours outside the room, where I could have showered, charged my phone, and rested. I travel quite a bit, and this is the first time I’ve been refused early access to a room that was ready. Any hotel or Airbnb would allow it as a courtesy. If you’re in this hospital area and want empathetic service, don’t go here. They never answer messages. There’s also construction, with a lot of noise after 8:00 AM. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, and the location was excellent, aside from all that.

The rooms are very basic, and it’s incredibly noisy, so I wouldn’t recommend this place if you need to rest. If you’re looking for somewhere near hospitals, choose another option. They showed no empathy, told me one thing by phone and then something completely different, and made me pay extra to let me out. It’s a shame, because of the location.

The facilities themselves are fine, so if that’s all you care about, you get what you pay for. The service was terrible. I stayed one night and asked about parking. They said there wasn’t any, but there were three spaces on the sidewalk in front of the hotel, all empty. A neighbor kindly let me in, and I parked in one that afternoon. The next morning, there wasn’t a single other car there, just mine. Another guest told me there was a remote for the electric street gate at reception. We left with it because we couldn’t bother the neighbors. Check-in and check-out aren’t scheduled, and nobody was at reception when I arrived or when I left. It’s self-service.
