The management was awful, and the service wasn’t up to standard. The suite was noisy and poorly decorated, with just a bed and two shelves. There was no air conditioning or bathroom ventilation, though they could offer a small heater if you got cold. The sheets were stained, and guests had to help themselves to toilet paper and shampoo from a cupboard in the corridor. The deluxe room was worse, with moldy walls, a bleach smell, and only a small window facing the shared living area. Look at the pictures and think carefully before booking. This isn’t what I’d expect from a luxury place, and it isn’t one.

The rooms are comfortable, with nice TVs and bathrooms, and the host was great and very responsive. The house itself is lovely, though privacy is limited. Conversations in the common areas echo loudly through all the rooms.

The staff were lovely and really helpful. There isn’t much privacy, with little more than air separating you from the rest of the hotel. If it’s available, upgrading to the Suite gives you a bit more privacy and is worth it.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a modern style, and Alex was a friendly host who put in a lot of effort to make our stay pleasant. The little hotel is in a lovely Roma Norte neighborhood, with delicious restaurants and cool shops within walking distance.
