Avoid this place. The woman at reception spoke down to me as if she owned the hotel. Rude and unprofessional.

An older woman at the front desk made check-in a real hassle. I stayed here a couple of weeks ago without a problem, but this time she objected to the stamp in my passport for no reason and insisted I leave my room key at reception whenever I went out. I don’t understand why people like her want to take the fun out of a trip. I’m paying for service and shouldn’t be treated like an unwanted guest because someone else smudged my passport stamp. I was left feeling unsafe about what this unpredictable woman might do next. Stay away from this grubby hotel and its staff. The poor ventilation also made the room stuffy and hard to breathe in.
The 750-peso daily price felt too high for what the hotel offered, and I wouldn't recommend it unless you have nowhere else to go. I started on the first floor, where the window looked straight into a dirty laundry room and the smell came into my room. They moved me to the sixth floor after I asked for another room, but there’s no elevator, so expect to climb. The clerk also told me the hotel charges by the hour, which caught me off guard after booking a day. The internet was acceptable, the room had a smart TV, and the linens and hot water were okay. Still, moaning and knocking carried through the night and made it hard to sleep.
The woman at the desk was rude, and they turned me away over a tiny child's bicycle. I should have checked the reviews before booking. Better to pick the hotel a few corners away.
The bed was okay, and the shower had decent pressure, but it took three minutes to get warm. By then the bathroom floor was flooded. WiFi on the second floor never worked on either of our phones, our tablet, or our Kindle, and reception blamed my phone and wouldn't help. The service and cleaning were poor. We found a cigarette box wrapper on the floor, and there were three ashtrays glued to the bedside tables and one by the mirror. The rooms are dim, with red walls that make your skin look nice but make it hard to see anything else. The place felt seedy. While I was checking in, a man came through the front door, paid cash, and took someone he knew upstairs. I also paid cash, but had to fill out a paper form before getting my keys. I couldn't shake the feeling that I wasn't the hotel's usual kind of guest.
