This little property is in a good spot, but the street is loud, with trucks going by all night. The bigger problem was management. I needed to stay an extra night in CDMX, and the desk told me they could add one day, though they were booked beyond that. Then the next morning they messaged me to leave because they had booked the room, giving me less than an hour. They said I was confused. To be clear, I wasn't expecting an extension if no room was available. They confirmed one extra night, then changed their mind. They put me in a dump afterward, and I had to leave after one night because of bad plumbing. In Paris I once told an inhospitable manager to beat it, but here I felt like foreigners are always wrong. The noise isn't everywhere in the area, either. I later stayed on Socrates in Polanco and it was quiet. This place is simply on a noisy street. I don't recommend this place, and after this management experience I'd be wary of any UTOPIC or ULIV property in Mexico.

The apartment was modern, beautiful, and had everything I needed. The location in Polanco is incredible, and the staff were so helpful, especially Mariana. I'd absolutely stay again!! 😊

Cigarette and cannabis smoke kept coming into my flat, even though smoking isn't allowed in the rooms. I complained to staff over and over, but they only took the issue seriously and spoke to my neighbours after I threatened to call the police. It was a terrible stay. Please don't stay here.

Utopic was spotless everywhere, which matters most to me when choosing a place to stay. I really liked the hotel. The kitchen was convenient and well equipped, the balcony was roomy and great for relaxing, and being pet friendly was a big bonus. The location is excellent, in a very safe area with shopping centres, supermarkets, museums, restaurants, and parks all within walking distance. It was also very quiet, which made it easy to rest. Everyone on staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and they handled any question or request quickly. Special thanks to Valeria and Robert for helping with late check-out and my luggage. They made my stay even more comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had a great time here. The view was exceptional, and the place was clean and comfortable in a very safe area. The staff were so kind, suggested places to visit, and checked that we were comfortable. I'd definitely come back! 💖🙏🏻
