The rooms are simple, and the sliding door between the toilet and shower gives limited privacy. You can also hear other guests using the bathroom, which can be disturbing at night. Still, the hotel works well for a short stay in the centre. The inner courtyard has a charming atmosphere and is one of the property's highlights. It's centrally located for exploring the city, and breakfast is tasty, with a small but nice selection.

The place is close to the centre, and the house itself is basically okay, but the noise is constant because there is no soundproofing. The organisation staff were okay. Housekeeping and service staff were unfriendly and unwilling to help. If you don't speak Spanish, they may brush you off with dismissive hand gestures, even though there are tip lines everywhere. That doesn't add up. We never got Wi-Fi access, and apparently you have to ask for things that should come automatically at this price. The gym is tucked away in space, with extremely minimal equipment, and at most one person can work out there. Bad karma, really.

It's a great location, just a short walk from the historic centre, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are a good size, but the bed is only a small double. There's a fridge, plus a water dispenser in the kitchen area. Staff are friendly, though there's no reception. Breakfast starts at 8 a.m., which may not work if you have an early excursion. There's only a tiny gym with very basic equipment, and it can only fit one person at a time. The bathroom is a decent size, but it has no ceiling, so you can hear and smell everything from your partner. Its sliding door is heavy and has no handle, making it awkward to use. There's no air conditioning, only a portable fan. The insulation isn't great in cooler weather, so you might need to ask for another blanket.

I'm writing to report really bad service. The bathroom in my room was very dirty, and the sheets smelled awful. I told the housekeeper, Vania, but she refused to clean it. When I took it to the manager, Mauricio, he ignored me. I don't recommend this hotel. They also allow romantic relationships between staff members. 😡😡😡😡
