Crisol Suites Condesa

It’s an average hotel with a good location and fairly clean rooms. Street noise carries loudly into the rooms, and it’s annoying that cleaning costs extra instead of being included in the booking.

The street noise was so loud that it was hard to hold a conversation in the room, never mind sleep. When we complained, the women at the downstairs reception wouldn’t offer any solutions. Avoid this 'hotel' at all cost.

We stayed for 10 days, and it was such a blessing. The place felt peaceful, we never had loud neighbors, and everyone working there was amazing, especially Daisy. It looked brand new. The neighborhood felt very safe for walking day or night, and the location was perfect. Our room had astonishing views, clean comfy beds and pillows, and utilities just like an apartment. The shower pressure was AMAZING, perfect for waking up and feeling energized, and it came with shampoo and body wash. The windows run from ceiling to floor, right in front of your feet, so the one small thing I’d add is blackout curtains.

I spent 9 days at Crisol Suites Condesa and had a wonderful stay. The staff were always positive and eager to help, so a big thank you to them. The location is central, with convenience stores and coffee shops nearby. My room was very clean, the wardrobe had more than enough space for two people, and the bed was comfortable. There was a good city view from the balcony, and the bathroom was spacious with good amenities. The kitchen had everything needed to cook, and the room also had a TV and a good internet connection. I didn’t use the study in the patio, but it looked spacious and clean. Definitely recommended!
