We only planned to relax here for five hours before our flight, but left ten minutes after paying and sitting in the room. This was the sketchiest place I’ve ever booked. The area felt really bad, and you don’t get a key for the “garage door” entrance to your “unit.” Only the weird staff member has one. I also saw four exchanges in person that made me think this hotel was being used as a base for prostitution. Tourists shouldn’t have to deal with this. Do not stay here!

The room looked as good in person as it did in the pictures, and we loved the big-screen jacuzzi in the master suite. The service was poor, though. They left us waiting outside far too long, and a rude employee mixed up the room and prices. The advertised Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, so we moved to another hotel.

The room was clean, the shower was great, and the guy gave great service. Bluetooth was a nice feature too. The only thing missing was internet. I love Arrow street and would definitely come back.

We eventually got our money back, but only after the whole process took over an hour, then moved to City Express Aeropuerto, which has a free airport shuttle. After picking up our rental car, we checked into this auto-hotel, booked through a link from Southwest Airlines after our flight was confirmed. I’d read reviews for Eurosuites Oceana and know Mexico’s auto-hotel system well, so I thought I could make it work. At check-in, they claimed our reservation covered just 6 hours, but the booking printout ended that nonsense. They gave us a unit with a garage, but the walk-through door had no lock. After half an hour of arguing, they moved us to another unit with a working lock but no key for us. That basically made us prisoners. We couldn’t go to a nearby restaurant without taking the car and all our luggage, and food had to be ordered through them. This is nothing like other auto-hotels across Mexico. Avoid it.

It’s close to the airport, and the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Keep in mind it’s a love motel, usually rented for just 6 hours.
