The café downstairs was a nice perk, with good service and really good cappuccinos, though the pastries were only warm. The staff were generally nice, but checkout felt awkward: after we handed in the keys, someone went upstairs to inspect the room while our cab waited outside. We ended up in Mexico City for three extra days because of a New York snowstorm. We wanted to spend less and get more space, and the rooms were huge, so the value was pretty good. Still, there were some problems. At check-in I found a whole tumbleweed of long hair in a corner of the bed. It might have been left by a previous guest or housekeeping, but either way, not a great first impression. There were stains around the shower and counter, too. The bathroom soap pumps were empty, and nobody refilled them during our three-day stay. I carried the bottle in from the sink area because there wasn't one mounted in the shower, so maybe housekeeping thought it was fine. Our room faced Avenida Leon, which was very loud, and the windows didn't close all the way. The Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable, so don't count on taking work calls from there. I also don't understand the breakfast complaints. Why eat at the hotel when you're in one of the world's great food cities? I probably wouldn't return. It does have large rooms, friendly service, a moderate price, and a fabulous location, though.

The rooms are spacious and really clean, and the staff have been so kind and helpful each time I've visited. Erika and Carlos went above and beyond when we ran into travel hiccups, and the manager was great too. I've been coming to Mexico City at least twice a year for the past three years, and Flow Condesa is the only place I choose to stay. It's wonderfully located near Parque Mexico, with the best restaurants within walking distance. Can't wait to come back.

We had a pleasant three-night stay in a nice room. The neighborhood is great, and the staff helped us sort out the TV remote. We'd recommend it, though we'd avoid a street-facing room in case the noise is an issue.

Carlos at the front desk really came through for me. I was exhausted after staying at a terrible hostel in Condesa where I couldn't sleep or shower for four days, and I'd hit my limit. I managed to book Flow Condesa at the last minute, and they had the Executive Suite for three nights for just $500 USD including tax, which felt like an amazing price. I booked at 6 p.m. on a Wednesday, arrived half an hour later, and Carlos got me settled without a problem. I was so relieved I nearly cried. The suite was huge, with a comfortable king bed, a couch, a minibar with drinks included, robes, AC, and a nice hot shower with strong pressure. The small amenities were thoughtful, too, and I finally got a proper night's sleep and a shower after nearly five days in CDMX. There are loads of great shops and restaurants a five to ten minute walk away, and the hotel's location and service are fantastic. If you're sensitive to noise, like some of the one- to three-star reviewers, I can imagine sleeping in CDMX is hard unless you're on level 50 of The Ritz. For a first trip or a break from the city's intensity, this place is well worth it. Muchas muchas gracias to the staff. I'd recommend it without hesitation.
