FlowSuites Polanco

Good location and friendly staff, but the rooms are old and poorly maintained. This is overrated, and it doesn't feel like a four-star hotel at all.

I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. I made a reservation and gave them the details of a credit card I hardly ever use. The next day, I saw around 20 fraudulent charges coming from Mexico. When I raised it with the hotel, they refused to accept any responsibility. Their customer service was awful and very rude. I canceled the reservation, but they still charged me for the first night. It doesn't seem like they care about customer security or satisfaction. Who wants to stay somewhere known for credit card cloning? Be careful and stay away.

This was our fourth stay at FlowSuites in Polanco, and my wife and I have enjoyed every visit. The location is fantastic, with lovely cafés and restaurants in walking distance. The rooms are good value and have everything you'd expect from a suite, including a perfectly adequate kitchen. Each morning, there's a light breakfast waiting outside the room, which is a nice surprise. Staff are very helpful, and I'd recommend booking here.

We stayed for 14 days in 2021, right in the middle of the peak Covid period, after coming from India to a country that felt completely unfamiliar to us. The hotel staff were kind and welcoming, and even helped arrange a trip to the teotihuacan pyramids. There were also a zoo and playgrounds nearby. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely visit again!
