The neighborhood was very quiet, and the house and room were peaceful. The room was clean, almost silent, and comfortable to rest in, with hot water at all times and internet access. Before I arrived, they sent information over WhatsApp. At check-in they explained the address, room amenities, and access codes for both the house and room. I had some doubts at first because I didn't know the city, but we were completely satisfied with the service from the start. I'd definitely book with them again if I return to Mexico City.

I couldn't always find anyone at reception when we went down with questions, so I think they need more staff there. The water was also a little cold. Still, the room was spacious, clean, in very good condition, and offered great privacy. It was excellent overall, a 10 out of 10.

It was safe and comfortable, with no annoying noise. Shampoo, soap, and towels were provided, and there was a friendly person there. The location and service were excellent, and it was clean. There’s no parking, so I left the car in a nearby lot.
