After concerts at Foro GNP or Palacio de los Deportes, we regularly stay here. It’s a refuge from the headache of getting home on Mexico City’s chaotic public transport. We head back, have a late drink and snack, sleep peacefully, take a lovely shower, and enjoy a great breakfast. Five stars to all the staff!

I only spent one night, but it was comfortable and lovely. They picked me up at the airport, welcomed me at reception, and I felt safe. The rooms and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the food was good. The hotel was close to the activity I came for, and I had a wonderful time. They upgraded me to a lovely suite, though I think it would benefit from a sofa. There’s underground guest parking and an hourly shuttle to and from the airport, which is a few minutes away without traffic. I didn’t have breakfast, so can’t comment on it, but I enjoyed the lunch menu. Keep the wristband they give you after check-in, or getting back in can be a hassle because it’s part of the security process. Thank you for a lovely stay. Muchas gracias.

The restaurant was low-key but good, and breakfast had plenty of good food. We parked our rental car for free in the secure garage, then returned it and took an Uber back the next morning. That made things easier, since driving in Mexico City can be challenging. The hotel is near the airport, and the shuttle was efficient for our early flight.

A great hotel, with a really good gym and an amazing view. The room was great too, and mine had a window with blackout blinds for a siesta. The complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel.
