They took care to keep everything in order, and I felt safe and looked after without anyone being intrusive. Gustavo was helpful and attentive, making sure things went smoothly and that I had what I needed. Rosa went especially far out of her way. At short notice, she helped me contact a dentist and made sure I was cared for, which could have been stressful in a foreign city. She also did my laundry, which made a real difference. This wasn’t just somewhere to sleep, it felt like someone genuinely cared about my well-being. The accommodation is small and modest, not a polished hotel, but it was exactly what I needed. If you want a well-located, reliable place where people care about your comfort, I’d recommend it.
