The lady and her son were really friendly and helpful with any questions, and the service was top-notch. You can come and go freely with a temporary key. I also got greeted by two lovely dogs, since the place is pet-friendly. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with two beds about 2 meters apart, and roughly 4 meters between those and our beds, leaving plenty of room to share with others. It's a good, cheap place to stay near Palacio de los Deportes for concerts, as long as you remember it's a hostel and there's less privacy than in a hotel. Bring your own basics like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and a towel.

Mrs. Mary was so kind to Migo and my husband. As Venezuelans, we got a really warm welcome from her, and I'm grateful for that.

The place was filthy, with no ventilation and a dirty bathroom that was unusable. They didn't even provide soap. The beds were awful. I regret paying for the emergency room.
