The only good thing was the location near Chinampas. The beds were hard, the old sheets were stained, and the pillows were unusable. Be aware that booking sites don’t mention this is a sex hotel. There’s also a third floor “for longer stays” than a few hours for a quickie. When I checked in, the receptionist said my payment hadn’t gone through and insisted I pay cash. I paid twice for my two-night stay. When I raised the issue, they said there was no record. Don’t book online.

We had plenty of places to eat nearby, and the location was great. There’s a bridge close by that lets you cross over the highway to reach the flower market and other spots. The underground parking was free, easy to use, and secure. The hotel is clean, modern, and nice, with good rooms, though the bed was a bit hard and the pillows could be better. It has more of a romantic feel than a family one. Staff seemed a little annoyed that we had kids, but things worked out okay for a couple of nights. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant there.

We booked without realizing it was a “romance” hotel, like plenty of other people apparently did. It didn’t make much difference. The room was clean and room service was quick. Apart from some noise at night now and then, you wouldn’t know.

This is more of a motel than a family hotel, so be warned. The room smelled bad and felt dirty, and the sheets were stained. They even had dildos and pleasure packs displayed in plain sight. We’ll never stay here again. That’s a shame for their business, since we come to Mexico three times a year to visit family.

Parking was available, security was good, and the service was good too. Some room features didn’t work as expected: a few lights and the electrical outlets were out of order. Even so, I slept really well.
