The little kitchen and morning coffee were a nice touch, and the room was clean and comfy. The shower had hot water and great pressure. Mayra was super friendly when we checked in, and Mario was just as friendly at checkout. I had an excellent stay and will definitely be back.

We had a one-night stay for a convention nearby at the WTC. The beds were soft and comfortable, and the modern room had a small kitchenette with a microwave and little fridge, plus an iron and ironing board and a safe. The bathroom is placed between the room and kitchenette area. There are an Italian restaurant and a cafe on either side as you enter the building. It's a quiet area, and the price was good for what you get. I'd enjoy staying again.

The room itself was lovely, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. But the reception staff's attitude overshadowed the stay. The women at the desk were unfriendly, unwilling to help, and had a very unpleasant manner. It's a shame, because the hotel was nice, but their poor customer service left a bad impression.

I liked having a yoga mat, good internet, and blackout curtains that actually kept the room dark. My ground-floor suite was spacious, had a large patio where smoking was strictly prohibited, and the shower had hot water. But the room was freezing, so lack of AC definitely wasn't a concern. Finding the hotel is a bit odd: there's no sign outside, and you enter through a narrow passage between two street restaurants. Noise was the bigger issue. The reception area echoes sounds from nearby cafes, lobby music, and guests ringing the bell at all hours. Bring earplugs. The bathroom fan also makes a super loud noise for several minutes when switched on; staff said that's normal. They gave me one coffee packet and two tiny water bottles, then charged for more supplies during my four-day stay. That was surprising at nearly $100 USD a night. I was lucky to be downstairs. They couldn't help carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs, even though I asked ahead and explained I was traveling alone. They said they didn't have enough staff, so bear that in mind if you're assigned an upper floor. The rooms are nice, but this isn't a luxury hotel, there aren't extra amenities, and the noise is real.
